Do I need to register to book?
The price calculator and the catalog are open without login. Booking a slot, sending a request and seeing a phone number need a cabinet: one minute via phone number or Google.
How is the price calculated?
Tariff × weight (or wagon count) + extra services. If the terminal set a minimum amount, it applies. Platform commission is 0 % in the pilot.
What if the terminal does not confirm?
If the order is not confirmed within the SLA it expires, the slot is released and you turn to another terminal. A rejection reason is shown on the order page.
How reliable are the tariffs?
A tariff of an owner-confirmed terminal is published by the terminal itself. A tariff from an unconfirmed passport is compiled from open data and marked as an estimate.
Where do I get the documents?
Once the order is done, the act and invoice PDFs sit in the Documents section of the cabinet. Each document shows the frozen tariff and the weighing result.
