Booking commission
Booking commission is 0 % today. Once bookings exceed 100 per month it becomes 2 to 3 %, announced in advance.
The tariff is frozen when an order is sent: a commission change never touches orders already sent.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pay for the subscription?
On the subscription page you choose the term, then the amount and bank details appear. Payment is manual for now: after the transfer the platform confirms it and the subscription switches on. Payme and Click come later.
What does the subscription give me?
Only the position and the badge: the listing comes first in its category within the chosen sort, stands out on the map, and analytics open up. The number of views or inquiries is not guaranteed.
What if I have several listings?
A subscription belongs to a person and covers all of their listings; it does not grow with the number of them. The number of listings is not limited.
When does the commission start?
When more than 100 orders a month go through the platform. Once the threshold is reached we announce it at least 30 days ahead; the rate will be 2 to 3 %.
Do terminal and siding owners pay?
No. The terminal page, tariffs, spots and accepting bookings are free. Claiming a rail terminal from the catalog is free as well.
Are prices hidden from guests?
No. Tariffs and listing prices are open without login. An account is needed only to see the phone number and send an inquiry.
How do we pay as a team?
Every employee places their own order on the subscription page and gets a PAY number. The organization makes one transfer and lists all those numbers, separated by commas, in the payment note. We confirm each order separately and the subscriptions switch on the same day.
